The PaceGuard system will not eliminate all risk of injury or death associated with engaging in sports or activities. The PaceGuard will not completely eliminate all risk of injury or death associated with any medical conditions, even those injuries or deaths what the PaceGuard was designed to prevent, while engaging in such sports or activities. I assume all risks associated with the use of the PaceGuard system while engaging in such sports, activities or daily occurrences. I have read and fully understand the above statement.
